Shipping policy

Each of our orders are completed in-house. As a small business, we please ask you to allow for 2-3 business days for us to process before it ships.

TD9 Orders: We offer a free local delivery to addresses in the Hawick area. Simply choose this at the checkout.

UK Orders: We ship via a 48-hour tracked service. Please allow 4–5 business days to receive your order.

Tracking numbers will be automatically emailed to you once your items have shipped. We will always make sure to keep you updated regularly via email about the progress of your order, you will be provided a tracking link to monitor it's whereabouts on it's way to your doorstep.
